KOM USA is one local team for home maintenance and construction, working in homes and businesses across Wayne, Oakland and Macomb counties. The work is varied: small repairs, fixed-price services such as water heater replacement and chimney care, and full renovations, for homeowners, landlords and commercial clients.
Every role is on-site. Depending on the job, you will be at customers' properties, on active job sites, or in our Detroit office, working alongside the people who price, schedule and carry out the work.

Not for every role. The estimating and project management roles prefer experience in construction, maintenance or a related trade, while the marketing internship asks for content and video skills instead. Each role page lists exactly what it needs.

In Metro Detroit, and every role is on-site. Depending on the role, that means properties across Wayne, Oakland and Macomb counties, active job sites, or our Detroit office.
