How does your pricing work?
Some services have a set price you can see and book online — locksmith work, water heater replacement, chimney care, and vent cleaning. Everything else depends on what we find, so we look at the job first and give you a price before any work starts.
What areas do you cover?
We work across Metro Detroit, including Wayne County, Oakland County, and Macomb County.
Do you handle both repairs and larger projects?
Yes. Our maintenance side covers repairs and upkeep, and our construction side handles remodels, build-outs, and new construction. It is the same company either way.
How do I book a fixed-price service?
Open the service you need under Fixed-Price Services, check the price, and use the Book Online button to pick a slot.
How do I get a price for everything else?
Send us a request through the contact form with a few details about the job, or call the number for the team you need. We will arrange to come out and quote it.
Do you work with landlords and businesses?
Yes. We work with homeowners, landlords, property managers, and commercial clients across both maintenance and construction.
